So apparently after speaking with my therapist brother, it turns out I have a sleeping disorder.
My problem; No matter how early I go to bed I always wake up feeling even m o r e tired.
I’m so use to sleeping around one or two in the morning because of AP Homework. I wake up everyday at sixam. My body clock has gotten so use to running like that. My body has also gotten use to not getting food in until 2o’clock. My excuse ? I have no time. I don’t have time to eat breakfast &; I don’t have enough time in the world to finish my AP Homework early. Things I must do to keep sane &; healthy :
a. Drink more water &; cut out sugary drinks
b. Try to fix my body clock
c. Start working out
d. Start eating breakfast
Honestly, I want to do all those things to keep myself healthy. So i’ll try to stick to the list &; see where that takes me.
